This course contained a lot of great ideas that I will use in my classes. I appreciated that much of the material was presented in a printable form that I could print and save for future reference.

I learned many different teaching techniques for teaching Medical Terminology, which I will incorporate into my classroom.

This course helped me to understand the importance of differnt ways of teaching and the different activities that could be used in class to make medical terminology classes easy as well as intersting.

I enjoyed this course and have already implemented some of the activities in my classroom with great success. With all of these games, my students were laughing, engaged, and really enjoyed it. I think my favorite one so far has been the matching game. The extra time it takes to prep for these activities is so worth it in making learning fun.

I'm glad I took this course - it actually highlighted many of the difficulties I've experienced since becoming an instructor. I feel that I have a better grasp on what it means to be "an effective instructor" and I very much needed the pointers on how to handle the different types of personalities each student has. My goal at this time is to first and foremost look at my behavior and actions when I sense a problem arising with a student. I really never did that before. Or maybe I did it ineffectively? I truly believe this will make a huge difference in my teaching experience from now on.

Thanks for providing some creative and fun experiential activities to make our students' learning of medical terminology more successful and permanent. Medical terminology is traditionally a very dry course, and it can be overwhelming to the student.
