ED112 has some great ideas for tightening the approaches to class activities and instructor support. It was good to be reminded about an adult student's need for security and autonomy, and that these may be provided easily and with comfort.

I thought this course was very thought provoking. Relating course work to actual in the field/on the job is a great idea. I have always made this method a part of my teaching style because I feel that it is important for learners to understand why they are learning the information in which they are learning.
