This was a great lesson that focused on the moral qualities in the classroom that are vital for learning. As an instructor I find it imperative to have compassion for your student's. This soft skill produces an environment that is conducive for learning. If your student believes that you are genuinely concerned for their education, they tend to try hard to learn the lesson at hand.

This course taught me about Soft Skills and Emotional Intelligence. These two skills are important as an educator to be effective in assisting your students. I found this course to be very beneficial and interesting.

I absolutely loved this course! Thank you for having this course as an option. It is so imperative to learn what soft skills are and how they improve. Through the course of being a student, I have come across so many teachers who have the knowledge, yet they do not have the skillset to interact and relate to their students. The students become disinterested and from that point on, it is really hard to get students to focus and learn the information at hand.
