There were several excellent suggestions on how to bring curriculum requirements and real world experiences together to best educate students. I appreciated the teaching techniques for balancing culinary lab instruction with academic instruction. I also really learned a great deal on learning styles and teaching techniques that maintain high standards while valuing students' individual attributes. Excellent course all around.
